Important. This is not an actual event with the posted date. We are just using this temporarily to have volunteers sign up. There is NO required memberships or fees to participate whatsoever.  Neighborly Angels is a 100%, volunteer, non-profit organization. Any projects or service provided will always be free to those neighbors in need.

Neighborly Angels is a non-profit group of dedicated volunteers who inspire to pay it forward. Our goal is to find projects and neighbors in need of a helping hand. Based in Palm Beach county, FL.. Our website is under construction, so in the mean time, please follow us here https://www.facebook.com/NeighborlyAngels

We are looking for those who want to volunteer when they can. Our goal here is to establish a volunteer e-mail list. Once projects start, we'll blast those who signed up. Our projects will vary and just respond when you can or you have a specialty that may help with that project. If you would like to be added to our e-mail list, simply RSVP here.

Important. We will be setting up an online form for this and a dedicated e-mail for this shortly. We will never share your info or spam you.
Volunteering will come in many forms. Sometimes we may need a group to help at specific location. Other times we may need a very specific help. EG. Can you help fix a car or are you a plumber etc.. From time to time we may just send out a fundraiser alert. EG. Mary needs $200 to help pay for her kids medications. etc..

Hello, I'm Adrian. For years, I've always wanted to do something that helps out those in need in a group setting. I'm not sure why it's taken me so long. But, better late than never. I've decided to test the waters and see if I can establish a group of volunteers, board members and advisors. Our goal would be to set up 501c non-profit organizations. Our immediate purpose would be to seek out projects and or individuals who just need a neighborly, helping hand. I know we can do it. Will you follow and help me pay it forward?

WANTED! Board members. No pressure. No ridiculous commitment. A pro bono position. Just a few people willing to help establish and be available from time to time for conference calls and help with major decisions. Also participate when it works for you. Before we can file our non-profit with the state. We must complete the following.

Recruit Incorporators and Initial Directors.

Number: minimum 3

Qualifications: Natural person 18 years of age or older. No residency requirement. No membership requirement.

Hold Organizational Meeting of the Board of Directors

The initial organizational meeting of your Board of Directors will be incredibly productive. At this meeting you will approve the bylaws, adopt the conflict of interest policy, elect directors, appoint officers, and approve resolutions such as opening the organization’s bank account. Important decisions are being made so be sure to record them in the meeting minutes.
