As a born and raised New Yorker, I can tell you there is nothing better that taking in all the sights and sounds the city has to offer in the summer time. The best part is, you have a built in tour guide that will help you take in the city unlike most tour groups. Yes, we will do some of the obvious tourist site seeing gems. However, I will line up the NYC that most tour groups won't see. Let's roller skate in central Park at the long running FREE Sunday skate around. Watch the famous feeding of the seals at Central Park Zoo. Yankee stadium. Museum, Museums and more museums. Plus the best bar, restaurant and night clubs the city has to offer

Do you match singles with roommates? What if I prefer my own room?
We do match singles with roommates of the same gender and similar age (whenever possible) at no additional charge. Booking early will help ensure that you are matched with someone close to your age but this can not be guaranteed. This complimentary matching service saves our guests money by allowing them to take advantage of the shared (double) occupancy rate.
Please note that Meet Me There Events accepts no responsibility for roommate matching incompatibility such as sleep patterns, snoring, noise, or age differences. If you are concerned that any of these disparities may be an issue affecting the enjoyment of your vacation, we recommend you purchase a single cabin or better yet - bring a friend along.
We will match clients of the same gender to share a room, and it will try to match roommates based on age similarity, although this is not a guarantee. We do not conduct any type of background checks on it clients in general, and specifically does not conduct background checks on matching a client with another in a roommate situation.
Meet Me There Events makes no representations or warranties regarding compatibility between roommates. Our roommate matching is strictly for non-smokers - this is for the comfort of all our roommate matches, and it relies on the honor system at booking and common courtesy while in attendance. Even if you don’t consider yourself a regular smoker, if you do choose to smoke during the trip, then you will not have the option of using our roommate matching on any future trips.
Under no circumstances will Meet Me There Events Inc. be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental arising out of or relating to the conduct of any client or guest action or interaction between clients or guests, including without limitation bodily injury, emotional distress, harassment, and defamation.
Are the prices quoted based on sharing a room?
We offer rates for both single and double occupancy and are not guaranteed until a deposit has been made, the credit card has been charged and an invoice has been physically mailed or emailed to you. Prices are subject to availability and do sell out quickly, so reserve your space early for the best rates.
How much is my deposit and when is my final payment due?
We require a deposit for each booking to reserve your pace (unless otherwise stated). Deposit amounts vary and are based on the length of the trip.Deposit information for each trip is posted next to the online pricing information.
What is travel insurance? Do I need it?
Travel Insurance is available for purchase through Meet Me There Events to protect your vacation investment should you need to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances. We highly recommend travel insurance for your vacation investment. Our special insurance plan will cover you for most illness and accidents, your personal belongings, trip delays and much more. The cost of travel insurance is non-refundable.

In addition, Meet Me There Events Inc. cannot guarantee acceptable performance by any of these firms, or our cruise directors, and each participant agrees not to hold Meet Me There Events Inc. liable for the quality of services and the condition or cleanliness of the accommodations. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your ticket, invoice or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, services or reservations. Your retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent of the above, and an agreement on your part to convey the contents here to your travel companions or group members.
