Lets hit the beach, get a little cardio and get acquainted. Be on time or as close to for this one.
We'll meet a designated spot. After brief intros, these who want to take a brisk 15 - 30 minute walk on the beach will do so. If you just want to chill, awesome.
Please be friendly, no hidden agenda and no inappropriate behavior. I.E. No politics or disrespectful conversation. Let's just have an enjoyable time and enjoy being outdoors with friends.
Bring whatever you think you need. Chair, sunscreen, water snacks etc.. If walking, be prepared to be comfortable for a brisk walk to get the heart rate up.
Make sure to bring a chair and a snack. After the walk, grab a chair and let's talk, laugh and get to know each other. Simple!
There will always be a meeting instructions e-mail sent 24 hours prior. That is why you must be preregistered.
